There’s not much difference between the spiderweb photo and the next photo which has a train in it. Dialing in that threshold would be quite challenging. Simply count how many photos in the last hour and see if >10?

I’m not sure what sort of feedback you could offer. These photos go out for “human review” as soon as they’re posted and appear in our feeds. Could we reply with and then the bot edits the post to include that hashtag which we filter out?
