@fla I'd say @vik was thinking of this:

@fla
He started it!
"We have cross-posting tools for copying our posts from the #fediverse to Titter or vice-versa, and the same with the #IndieWeb (#BridgyFed). Maybe we could also have cross-posting tools for communicating between #ActivityPub and #XMPP (#Movim and #SalutAToi), #Diaspora, and #Zap, and any other federated social web servers that don't bridge to AP (eg any that get built using #Matrix)?"
@strypey
@chartier deleting an account on any platform is never completely impossible, but it's much easier for those of us with low or no investment in that platform. I feel more comfortable using the #fediverse and practically ignoring Titter *because* I'm able to cross-post from #Mastodon to an account there. Otherwise I'd feel the need to have a presence on there, to make sure #SoftwareFreedom advocacy is not self-marginalizing us.
@bob @vik @fla
@vik Wolf and I have been talking about the possibility of a client (whether a native or web client) providing users with a unified interfaces for multiple federated accounts/ features. See the thread branching off from here:
