Simple food for depressed like me. Microwave baked potato with Onnits.

Onnits this time:
* Chopped tomato and black beans (both from cans) with tamari and smoked paprika (cajun seasoning is also good). * Fried mushroom and garlic, with cumin seeds.
* Spinach leaves from a bag, a drizzle of hemp oil, a shake of nooch (nutritional yeast flakes), and a generous dollop of coconut yoghurt.

@ghostdancer Thanks 😊 Rereading this now, I realize my "simple" meal would cost at least 10 bucks in a cafe in 😏
