@jessmahler hi, is it your computer or your OS? If you're running Windows, and you've never reinstalled it (or reset to factory defaults), there's a good chance it's Windows at fault not your hardware. One way to test this without spending any $ is to dual-boot a #GNU #linux distro like #Mint (works with almost anything), and see if you get the same problem.

@strypey I was running Mint, thanks. Comp in question was a refurb that I got (as a refurb) 5 years ago, and was slowly getting worse in every area. Wifi was just the problem that I couldn't work around.
