@maloki I just followed your advice from a few days go about unfollowing/ muting/ blocking people if seeing them on a social media feed produces anxiety. It's really good advice. Thanks for posting it :)
@kara @maloki that's a legitimate concern, but unfollowing peope I feel anxious around does achieve three things. 1) reduce avoidable anxiety associated with being here. 2) reduces the number of posts here that are anxious people lashing out in self-defence. 3) avoids the feeding of trolls, both the #OldSchool kind (#ForTheLulz!) , and the #NewSchool kind (#ForTheObsessiveSeizingOfTheMoralHighGroundInAnyInteraction! and #ForGoingStraightFromMildDisagreementToNuclearBombs!)
