It really disappoints me that all of the OSI (the Open Source Initiative) Board of Director candidates I've reviewed (wiki.opensource.org/bin/Main/O) only list proprietary centralised social media as means to contact them (mostly Twitter and LinkedIn)... Not one mention of *actual open source* social media - not a single one cited a Fediverse identity. That's a real indictment.

@jonathanharker to be fair, most also provide a website/blog address, and perhaps a couple an email (can't remember for sure)... but they almost all promote their proprietary contact modes in their OSI candidate profiles.
