Everyone at - if you're worried about "child exploitation" consider this: every student in school in NZ has to use proprietary software supplied by one of the mega corps we're talking about... & someone accepts the Ts&Cs for them... waiving their rights. It's not their parents. That's not informed consent. Who makes that decision? It's certainly not ethical. Our standard "acceptable" practices undermine our control of "child exploitation" every day. We need to be smarter than that.
