Now & again I regret that I work from home... But today isn't one of those days. 5 min from fridge to plate, leftover home made spring rolls from last night & some of my rendang from the weekend, with an egg cracked over it... Lush.

And I should credit my gorgeous wife, Jos, with the tasty rice paper spring rolls.
