Predictably, RadioNZ's Complaints Coordinator does not think that describing Warwick Lampp of as the "chief electoral officer at" was misleading or even significant, in their broadcast of 9th October 2019 talking about voter turnout numbers.


And when the interviewer questioned him with “.... electronic voting isn’t reliable and couldn’t be trusted for some time could it?" that was enough for the listeners to understand that despite his positive answers, there was still real industry concern.

And although not addressed in their response, obviously all listeners understood that as an employee of, Mr Lampp would gain advantage for his company if online voting for government elections was to be accepted. And nobody would have assumed that "" was in any way an official part of government instead of a private commercial company.

Obviously, people who listen to RadioNZ are very clever.
