I bet that rational me (relatively - he's the one going through auction listings and passing on some really cool stuff) will be pissed when he realises that we're going to waste hours and hours on trying to get it going, rather than stripping it for the CPU and RAM as planned.

An important follow-up to this Toot: If you have one of these (or, honestly, ANY vintage computer) MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE BATTERY! And not just the AA batteries -- they have an internal memory backup battery that WILL leak and damage the board.
